The term “Yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root word “yug” which means “to draw together”. In my classes we bring balance to duality: Strength vs. Stretch: Stability vs. Mobility, and so on. It is the drawing together of opposites, which will bring balance. My practice has a classical feel yet incorporates corrective exersice and Pilates based anatomical alignment principles. In my classes you will focus on breath and correct form in a FUN, stimulating and educational setting.
