In my sessions you will WORK hard. You will have FUN and you will LEARN! I use many forms of training as diversity is both physically and mentally stimulating. Diversity breeds results! Every client is assessed before a plan of action is determined. The first 1-2 sessions are dedicated to this process. Each clients program is tailored to specific needs and goals. My sessions combine cardiovascular, strength and endurance training in a variety of formats. I will teach you why we do specific exercises and how to execute them by yourself. While working with me, you will acquire the building blocks to create fun and effective workouts safely on your own. We can train in your home, at mine, or at a variety of facilities throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. I am sometimes able to travel with clients, schedule premitting.
