If you’re looking to budget while getting the most out of personal training or, enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others this is the best option for you!  Leah works with 2-6 students at a time ensuring everyone receives personal attention in regard to form and injury prevention.  These sessions can be bootcamp or Pilates based, or a combination of the two.  Leah is available to small group train in her backyard, yours, or at a variety of local parks.  If you’re interested in small group training but are missing the “small group” part of the equation, she may be able to plug you into an existing group of a similar level in your location.  Email for rates!
