Stand up paddleboard yoga combines two of my favorite fitness methods into one activity. Paddle boarding is great for strength, endurance and core stability! Yoga on the paddleboard challenges you in a whole new way as balance and bandha’s are put to the test! This stimulating practice is super playful and very relaxing. Meditating on the water, connecting with nature, going for a brief swim if you fall out of a pose… It’s all in good fun at SUP Yoga class.
